Bought carry out pizza slices a few times from this location. All good. Prices were about $3.50 a slice, reasonable. Quick service. Pizza is good tasting NY style, thin but firm crust.
Definitely a fan! Go find out for yourself though….
I grew up eating the Original WS Pizza in south Tampa and we still get down there asuch as we can. We happened upon this location when in the area and had a great experience. The server/counter girl was friendly and extremely helpful. The wings were perfect and crispy, and although the pizza crust was a little thicker than a NY pie we're accustomed to from WS Pizza, it was delicious. The wooden games they had available sped up our wait with a hungry 10 year old. We'll plan all out Mr. putters trips around meal times so we can eat here a every time
Philly cheese steak was awesome.
Antipasto salad was really good with the creamy Italian. Pizzas were OK. All the pizza toppings were piled up in the middle, not evenly spread out, which maybe is a NY thing? The Philly pizza had red sauce, that I wasn't expecting, but it still had decent flavor. I'll try a Philly sandwich next time with my salad.
This is my favorite Westshore and the staff is awesome. Known them for years. Malle amd Josie are great!! Good food and cold beer!
